Tacos have been around for a long time, and they're so popular, it's estimated 4.5 billion tacos are eaten in the United States alone every single year.  In Dragons Love Tacos by Adam Rubin, we learn that there's nothing dragons love more than crunchy tacos and parties - and they especially love it when there are taco parties.  In this project, students will create a collage including a silver platter, their taco and its filling, and that sneaky dragon hand coming in to grab it.
