Line. Color. Contemporary Art. Wonder of the World.

Although the Great Wall of China can't be seen from space, it's length and history are truly incredible. When we often see pictures of the Great Wall of China, we see the wall snaking through the mountains like a dragon.

Contemporary Beijing artist Huang Yuxing is known for his vibrant stripes, mountains, and patches of color - especially neons.

In this project, students will use his bright colors to create the mountains in the foreground and background, and add the Great Wall of China.
