Learning to trust our intuition

In Sedona a few weeks ago, I had an opportunity to draw an animal from a special deck to be our spirit animal. Then we were told to paint it.

I chose a snail, which literally seems like the animal that is the opposite from me. In fact, I think I categorically resist anything that keeps me slow, and I know I stink eye the sloth in Zootopia.

And yet, the snail had something to teach me the last two weeks.
